The Notepad v2.0.4 update package for Windows 7/10 released June 2020 includes an improved installation process for the combined ASIO Driver and Control Panel/Firmware Update installer application, compatible with the latest Windows security and driver signing features. This allows an independent content creator to have music or gaming audio playing back on their computer through their USB to the Notepad, and when they speak, automatically duck that USB audio return during speech, returning to previous levels shortly after they stop speaking.
